Program opportunities at the Fried Castle Hotel:

The Castle is located in the heart of the multi-acre French park, surrounded by charming vineyards, mysterious forests and beautiful landscapes, which provide a perfect place for short walks. The magical garden also features a playground, where you can enjoy the nature and a have fun at the same time.

Colourful choice of indoor and outdoor activities are waiting for the guests, everyone in the family can find several program options within the territory of the Fried Estate that meet their needs, such as cycling, hiking, archery, billiard, board games, table football, table tennis, badminton, carriage rides, hunting, and fishing.

For our guests we provide free, unlimited use of the Wellness-Fitness Centre during opening hours (from 8 am to 8 pm). The heated indoor swimming pool, the massaging hot tub/jacuzzi, the Finnish-, infrared- and aroma saunas, the adventure shower, the steam cabin, the aroma tepidarium and the air-conditioned fitness center await the guests all year round. From spring till autumn the outdoor swimming pool and the beach volleyball court are also opened. Simontornya is a part of the Tolna wine region and since 2011 the Winery of the Fried Castle belongs to an international wine route. In the own wine cellar of the estate, guests can taste castle wines aged in oak barrels, all self-made by our experts. During our culinary programs, clients can enjoy the Hungarian specialties, prepared by the chef in front of them, while admiring the beautiful view of the landscape from the Panorama Wine Terrace.

The culinary programs our hotel offers include wine tasting, wine tasting with dinner, grill and barbecue parties, cooking in „Bogrács” and baking in beehive oven. You can read further details at the Wine and Gastronomy page of the website.
